Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Yulia Sokolovska spoke with students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University.

The meeting took place within the framework of the program "Mentorship for Leaders: European Integration and Ukraine's Recovery".

Yulia Sokolovska briefed the youth on public policy regarding the preservation and development of human capital in Ukraine.

Specifically, she discussed the restoration of physical and mental health, the development of career-building opportunities for youth, the creation of new active employment and entrepreneurship programs, as well as transformative changes in education and innovation.

The deputy head of the Office of the President separately announced that the President of Ukraine's Fund for the Support of Education, Science, and Sports will launch programs to promote human capital development. Soon, motivated young scientists and talented future masters will be able to receive financial support for conducting research or obtaining education at the world's top universities. The President's Fund also plans to initiate a program aimed at preparing postgraduates and students with master's degrees for sectors that will contribute to the country's recovery and reconstruction.

Youth will be able to transform their acquired knowledge into new priority areas for the development of our state, implementing progressive methodologies in public administration. Their contributions and new scientific developments are intended to become a solid foundation for Ukraine's recovery.

According to Yulia Sokolovska, progressive and educated youth can also be involved in seeking methods for accounting for the losses caused by Russia's military aggression, and mechanisms for compensation, including restitution, compensation, rehabilitation, and satisfaction.
