President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he does not intend to dissolve the Verkhovna Rada, because so far the people's deputies demonstrate the result and pass important laws.

"As long as they vote, I will support the “Servant of the People” party. And not just the "Servant of the People" party - I will support the composition of the majority, because they do their job. As soon as they do not vote, if they lobby the interests of this or that commercial group of influence on Ukraine's policy without thinking about anything else, I will dissolve parliament," the President said during a press conference in Kyiv.

According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Ukrainian parliament has already adopted important documents, including the law on banking regulation, land reform, and the law on the impeachment of the President.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy also said that he would support the candidate for the post of Kyiv mayor from the “Servant of the People” party, who will be nominated by primaries.

"Will there be primaries? Yes. Will the candidates for the post of Kyiv mayor be included in primaries not only from the “Servant of the People”? Of course. There will be candidates from the “Servant of the People”, those who are deputies from the “Servant of the People”, and there will be independent people who are ready to compete in open primaries. I will support the best one," the Head of State stressed.
