Anne Hidalgo briefed the First Lady of Ukraine on the Solidarity Factory project. It is a place for quick response to various emergency situations, where one can receive rapid humanitarian assistance or undergo volunteer training courses.

The team of the Ukrainian Institute will work at La Gaîté Lyrique (a cultural venue in Paris) with the support of the Open Society Foundation, the French Ministry of Culture, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the French Institute, the City Hall of Paris, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Embassy of Ukraine in France.

During her visit to France, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, together with First Lady Brigitte Macron and Minister of Education Gabriel Attal, visited the Elementary School de l'Arbalete, a French public school located in the central part of Paris, in the historic 5th arrondissement.

Olena Zelenska emphasized that since 2012, there have been no Ukrainian studies at the Sorbonne, while there are master's programs in Russian culture. After meeting with President of Sorbonne University Nathalie Drach-Temam, the First Lady expressed hope that a Ukrainian studies course would be introduced.

As part of her Ukrainian Bookshelf project, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska donated Ukrainian contemporary books to the UNESCO Library. The event was attended by UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska has arrived in France. The main purpose of her visit is to participate in the opening of the Ukrainian Institute in Paris.

Olena Zelenska thanked her colleague for systematic and extremely active assistance to Ukraine and its citizens. In particular, with the support of the First Lady of Poland, a series of training sessions were held in Ukraine for Ukrainian doctors and rescuers in various fields.

During the visit of President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen to Kyiv, a ceremony of handing over school buses took place. As part of the "School Buses for Ukraine" solidarity campaign initiated in the autumn of 2022 by Ursula von der Leyen and First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, Ukrainian communities received over 370 school buses.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in the third partnership meeting "Food Reform: Challenges, Achievements, Perspectives" to exchange experiences on the implementation of the school food reform. The event took place in Kyiv region.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the Strategy for reforming the school food system for 2023-2027. The school nutrition reform was initiated in 2020 by First Lady Olena Zelenska.
