First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2024) in Berlin.

During her visit to Germany, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, along with First Lady of Germany Elke Büdenbender and the Ministers of Health of Ukraine and Germany, visited the Bundeswehr Hospital in Berlin, one of five Bundeswehr Hospitals that are structurally part of the German Army Medical Service.

Costa Rica has become the 50th country to join the Ukrainian Bookshelf project of the First Lady of Ukraine. This was announced by Olena Zelenska.

Within the framework of the official visit of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, to France, the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, met with the First Lady of France, Brigitte Macron. The wife of the Ukrainian President also met with the Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo.

Ukraine is searching for 19,000 Ukrainian children forcibly taken by the aggressor state of Russia. These are only those whose names have been verified. First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska said this in an interview with journalists from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, El Salvador and Chile. 

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in the event on the occasion of the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression and the Day of Remembrance of Children Who Were Killed as a Result of the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The event took place on the territory of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War Memorial Complex.

The Address of Childhood project, supported by the Estonian government through the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV), has built a house for a family with seven children in the Zhytomyr region.

On the eve of the International Day for Protection of Children, the First Lady of Ukraine and the team of the Olena Zelenska Foundation visited one of the municipal boarding schools that provide development, care, education and social adaptation of orphans and children deprived of parental care.

Together with Olesia Ostrovska-Liuta, Director General of the Mystetskyi Arsenal, and Yuliia Kozlovets, Coordinator of the International Book Arsenal Festival, First Lady Olena Zelenska visited the stands of Ukrainian publishing houses, including the exhibition of burned books entitled “Books Destroyed by Russia”.

The First Lady of Ukraine inspected how the kitchen factory in Bucha works and feeds schoolchildren. The factory was opened on the initiative of Olena Zelenska and with the investment support of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation.
