In Mariupol, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy participated in the launch of the 1991 Mariupol Startup Development Center.
“I am very glad that such events are happening in Mariupol. This is the beginning. I think that we will have a "parade of cities" of Ukraine, where the same talented people will be involved," the President said.
The Head of State congratulated the authors of startups on the opening of the center.
“We are looking for such people. There are a lot of them in Ukraine, and that's cool. We congratulate you on the opening and we will help, invest in people,” the Head of State said.
Volodymyr Zelensky urged Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov to pay attention to the startups represented at the center.
The Head of State got himself acquainted with the startups presented by young entrepreneurs. In particular, these are projects aimed at fighting corruption, simplifying the provision of administrative services and increasing transparency of work of public authorities.
