President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine works more effectively when managers are in office not politicians. The Head of State does not rule out the possibility of personnel changes in the government.
"Managers, not politicians, have finally appeared among the ministers. I believe that Minister of Infrastructure Kubrakov reports to the country with the figures, thousands of kilometers of roads built. I believe that Health Minister Lyashko should report to the country with the number of millions of vaccines he has delivered. If we vaccinate 150,000 people a day today, I think this is the answer, whether he is a normal minister or not," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview for Inter TV channel, which he and his wife Olena gave on the eve of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's independence.
The President is convinced that the problem of some ministers is that they start talking a lot when there is nothing to show.
Answering the question about possible personnel changes in the government, Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that "there are some managers in our country that need too much time for preparations".
