Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the National University of Ostroh Academy and welcomed the idea to involve talented graduates in the Ukrainian reforms

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the National University of Ostroh Academy during a working trip to the Rivne region.

The Head of State got himself acquainted with the new premises of the University and left a note in the Book of Honorary Guests. He also thanked the patrons who assist the institution.

In addition, during his meeting with the students, Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked rector of the National University of Ostroh Academy professor Ihor Pasichnyk. "I want to thank the rector of the Academy for the high-quality knowledge that students receive," the President said.

In turn, Ihor Pasichnyk suggested involving the best students and graduates of the Academy in the team dealing with reforms.

“Volodymyr Oleksandrovych, you initiated tremendous changes in the life of Ukraine. A selfless young team of reformers follows you. But a powerful human intellectual resource is required for this pace to be preserved. Are there young people in Ukraine willing to serve the country selflessly for a meager salary of an official together with you? My answer is yes, they are in front of you, Mr. President. These are students and graduates of the Ostroh Academy,” the rector said.

The President thanked for the proposal.

“I will connect you with our new Prime Minister, he is really looking for a lot of staff right now. I think you will prepare a list of the best graduates,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
