President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of Finland Alexander Stubb met with CEOs of Finnish companies in the defense, mining, energy, and telecommunications sectors.
The Ukrainian President thanked Finnish companies for supporting Ukraine during the full-scale Russian invasion. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the experience of the Finnish defense industry is of great importance for Ukrainian arms production.
The key topic of the meeting was the expansion of cooperation aimed at strengthening the production capacities of Ukrainian and Finnish defense industries. In particular, they addressed the support of cooperation at the highest level.
In addition, the parties discussed the exchange of expertise between Ukrainian and Finnish companies.
