Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a closed-door meeting concerning the aggravation of the situation in Belarus

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a closed-door meeting with heads of intelligence agencies of Ukraine, heads of law enforcement agencies, as well as heads of a number of regional state administrations concerning the sharp aggravation of the situation in the Republic of Belarus.

The Head of State noted that the events in this country could significantly affect Ukraine.

During a meeting, the parties analyzed the domestic political situation in Belarus, as well as numerous external factors that may influence the development of post-election events.

The parties also made an assessment of all possible scenarios of the further development of today's domestic political aggravation in the neighboring country, including various types of escalation given the so-called hybrid types of world conflicts.

In addition, the parties conducted the analysis of the direct risks to Ukraine that arise due to one or another development of the situation.

Respective conclusions were made and instructions were given as a result of the meeting.
