The leaders of Ukraine and France agreed to continue defense cooperation, in particular on protecting Ukrainian skies. They emphasized the importance of starting training for Ukrainian combat aircraft pilots as soon as possible.
The parties discussed possible formats for providing Ukraine with security guarantees prior to NATO membership and expectations from the NATO Summit in Vilnius.
The heads of state also touched upon the implementation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula and preparations for the Global Peace Summit.
