There are also plans to establish nominal scholarships for students and special awards.

"When we ran in the elections, we promised to simplify the conditions of doing business, provide affordable loans and mortgages for young families, increase financial security. Of course, the coronavirus pandemic has made its adjustments and posed new and unexpected challenges that needed to be addressed immediately. But we must not forget our promises and what people expect of us. In the new year, we must continue to move towards the implementation of our program provisions to build a successful country of happy people," the President stressed.
