Volodymyr Zelenskyy holds regular meeting of Staff of Supreme Commander-in-Chief

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a regular meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Wednesday.

Members of the Staff listened to the reports of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the commanders of the task forces about the situation at the front lines, coordinated the actions of the defense forces to repel the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and liberate Ukrainian territories from the invaders.

The implementation of measures to strengthen and defend the state border of Ukraine was also discussed.

Separately, those present considered the state of providing the units with weapons and ammunition, as well as the preparation of the troops for the winter period.

In addition, the participants of the meeting analyzed the course of recovery of energy facilities that suffered from Russian attacks, and air defense measures to protect Ukraine's critical infrastructure.

The issue of passing through the winter period and ways to minimize the risks caused by Russian aggression were also discussed.

The meeting was attended by: Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny, Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky and the commanders of the task forces.

The meeting of the Staff was also attended by: Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrsky, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov, other members of the government, heads of security and law enforcement agencies.
