In the United Kingdom, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen.
The President thanked the Danish government for its leadership in supporting Ukraine in the security sector, providing 19 defense aid packages, and deciding to invest directly in Ukraine's defense industry.
The President also highlighted Denmark's leadership in the Air Force Capability Coalition and outlined Ukraine's need to expand training missions for Ukrainian pilots.
The leaders discussed the implementation of the bilateral security agreement signed in February of this year and Denmark's participation in rebuilding Ukraine, particularly in restoring the energy infrastructure.
During the meeting, they also focused on Ukraine's European integration. Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted Denmark's readiness to contribute political and advisory assistance to Ukraine during its EU accession negotiations.
