In Kyiv, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz inspected the latest samples of automatic target detection and engagement systems, including UAVs, FPV drones, ground robotic systems and a drone swarm control system.
The exhibition showcased drones produced in Ukraine, including those developed in cooperation with German companies. In particular, one of the drones features artificial intelligence-based target acquisition systems manufactured by German companies. Another is a product of a localized German company, which has opened its center in Ukraine for the production and maintenance of the already delivered equipment.
Representatives of the manufacturing companies informed Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Olaf Scholz about the characteristics of unmanned aerial and ground systems, as well as their operational specifics.
The leaders were also shown examples of combat use of domestic weaponry, equipped with computer vision, automatic targeting and homing systems.
