January 23 in Ukraine will be declared a day of mourning at the national level due to the death of 15 people in a fire that broke out in the home for the elderly in the city of Kharkiv. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a conversation with media representatives in the course of the working trip to the Kharkiv region.
The Head of State said he would sign the relevant decree.
"Once again I express my condolences to all the relatives and friends of the victims, to all Kharkiv residents. I will sign the decree, and tomorrow will be a day of mourning at the state level," he said.
