A regular meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief was held

On Monday, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

The reports of the commanders of the operational directions about the current situation on the frontline were heard, the likely actions of the enemy in the near future were discussed.

The members of the Staff considered the steps to counter the air attacks of the Russian army on the critical infrastructure facilities of Ukraine, in particular, they analyzed the course of formation of an effective air defense system of Ukraine and provision of the necessary ammunition. Emphasis was placed on the importance of organizing reliable protection of the country's energy network.

Separately, the participants of the meeting focused on the process of restoring energy facilities that were damaged as a result of recent hits by Russian missiles and kamikaze drones. Alternative ways of temporarily providing the population and enterprises with electricity and communication while the restoration work is ongoing were also considered.

The meeting was attended by: Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhny, Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Commander of the Ground Forces of the AFU Oleksandr Syrskyi, commander of the Air Forces of the AFU Mykola Oleshchuk and commanders of the troops of operational directions.

The meeting was also attended by: Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, heads of law enforcement agencies and security agencies.
