Military personnel and their family members can now submit inquiries via the official email address of the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Military Personnel and Their Families. This was announced by Olha Kobylynska (Reshetylova).
“In the first months of our work, we received inquiries through various communication channels. This allowed us to address the most urgent issues, identify the most common problems, and establish coordination for resolving them. Now, we are transitioning to an official channel for receiving inquiries from military personnel and their families,” Olha Kobylynska noted.
To submit an inquiry for review by the Presidential Commissioner, one needs to:
– prepare a written statement (typed or handwritten) addressed to the Commissioner, providing a detailed description of the issue;
– attach a comprehensive set of supporting documents confirming the inquiry;
– send the statement and supporting documents to the official email address zpv@apu.gov.ua, along with a contact email and mobile phone number for follow-up communication.
A transition period for processing inquiries previously submitted via messaging applications will continue until April 7.
