In the United Kingdom, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia Robert Golob.
The President thanked Slovenia for its support of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for its defense, economic, and humanitarian assistance.
"We appreciate your support for our country on the path to the EU and NATO and your strong stance. The bilateral security agreement we signed today holds great significance," said the President.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Robert Golob agreed to accelerate the implementation of defense agreements and discussed further defense cooperation at the state level, including improved coordination with private enterprises of the Slovenian defense industry.
Special attention was given to the negotiations for Ukraine's EU accession and the study of Slovenia's experience on this path.
