During his working visit to Warsaw, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ihor Brusylo met with the Head of the Political Cabinet of the Prime Minister of Poland, Paweł Graś.
Ihor Brusylo expressed gratitude for Poland’s comprehensive assistance and the solidarity of the Polish people.
The continuation of military support and prospects for cooperation between defense industry enterprises, particularly in drone production, were among the key topics of discussion.
Paweł Graś reiterated Poland's unwavering position in support of Ukraine.
“Strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities is an integral element of enhancing the security across all of Europe. The military strength of the European armies is already an established necessity,” the Deputy Head of the Presidential Office noted.
Special attention was paid to Ukraine's integration into the European Union. The Head of the Political Cabinet of the Prime Minister emphasized that Poland, as the country holding the EU Council presidency, will facilitate progress in the negotiation process, including the opening of several negotiation clusters.
The meeting also covered formats of cooperation in responding to global security challenges, humanitarian aspects of bilateral cooperation, and joint projects.
“The strategic partnership between our countries continues to deepen in all areas of mutual interest,” the Deputy Head of the Presidential Office concluded.
