Ukraine and Ireland have completed the final round of negotiations on concluding a bilateral agreement in furtherance of the G7 Joint Declaration.
The Ukrainian delegation is led by Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak. The latest round of negotiations was conducted by Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Ihor Zhovkva.
The parties have agreed on specific provisions of the document and outlined the next steps to finalize the text and sign the bilateral agreement by the countries' leaders in the near future.
Ukraine is concluding bilateral security agreements in furtherance of the G7 Joint Declaration, adopted in Vilnius on July 12 last year. Similar agreements have already been signed with 25 countries.
