President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone conversation with Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez.
The leaders discussed the emergency situation in Spain’s energy system. Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that Ukrainian specialists could join the recovery efforts and offered such assistance. Over the years of war and Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, the country has gained significant experience in countering all types of energy challenges, including blackouts.
The President instructed Ukraine’s Minister of Energy German Galushchenkoto act as swiftly as possible and emphasized that Ukrainian technical experts are ready to assist.
