In the presence of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Dmytro Sennychenko and the CEO of the state company Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG) Jerzy Kwieciński signed an Agreement on non-disclosure by a potential buyer of confidential information about privatization objects between the State Property Fund of Ukraine and the Polish state oil and gas company Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe and Gazownictwo S.A.
The document will allow PGNiG to gain wide access to information on privatization objects on a confidential basis to join the competition for them with full knowledge of the assets.
The beginning of cooperation of the State Property Fund of Ukraine with PGNiG should send a signal to investors from other countries that Ukraine is open to investment.
