Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted the EU's continued support for Ukraine, particularly since the first days of full-scale Russian aggression.
The Head of State emphasized that Ukraine is close to fulfilling the recommendations of the European Commission to start negotiations on the accession of our country to the EU and is looking forward to the presentation of the interim assessment of progress on the path of European integration in June.
The leaders discussed concrete ways to implement the Ukrainian Peace Formula and consolidate global support for Ukraine's peace initiative.
During the meeting, they also discussed the security guarantees that our country seeks to receive for the period until it becomes a full member of NATO.
In addition, the President of Ukraine emphasized the need to unconditionally lift export restrictions on Ukrainian agricultural products.
