During his working visit to the Kirovohrad region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited a hospital that provides medical, psychological and rehabilitation assistance to military personnel, their families and internally displaced persons.
The Head of State inspected the renovated surgical unit, the reconstruction of which was completed last month, adding nine operating rooms.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke to the warriors wounded in the fighting in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions, presented them with state awards and wished them a speedy recovery.
“Thank you for everything, dear fighters. We are all grateful to you for defending our country, its freedom and independence,” the President said.
