On the Day of Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence, the President Met with Intelligence Officers and Presented State Awards

On the occasion of Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Day, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented state awards to military personnel, handed over the flag of the Foreign Intelligence Service, and conferred the ranks of Brigadier General.

The President thanked the intelligence officers for their work, which enables Ukraine to obtain timely information about decisions being prepared globally and clearly understand which goals are worth allocating resources to and what is actually fake.

“There isn’t much that can be publicly said about intelligence work, but there is much to be grateful for. And we need more of this work, these results – more strikes on Russian military targets with precise coordinates and accurate hits. Ukraine needs greater influence on global policies regarding our state and the war. The world leaders must have more real information about what is happening,” the Head of State emphasized.

The President awarded intelligence officers with the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky II and III class, the Orders of Princess Olga and Danylo Halytskyi, as well as the medals "For Military Service to Ukraine" and "For Impeccable Service" III class.
