A Rally in Support of Ukraine Was Held in the Czech Republic

A rally in support of Ukraine was held in Prague with the participation of the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, Advisor – Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights and Child Rehabilitation, Daria Herasymchuk, and children returned from deportation to Russia. The event was attended by 40 thousand people.

As part of the Stolen Voices information campaign and the Bring Kids Back UA initiative of the President of Ukraine, Daria Herasymchuk called for every effort to be made to ensure that every child abducted by Russia returns home as soon as possible.

"We are here to make the world hear the voices of those children who are still being held in deportation by Russia. We are here to remind you that all Ukrainian children must be brought home," she stressed.

On the eve of the rally, the Ukrainian delegation, accompanied by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Czech Republic Vasyl Zvarych, met with the Czech Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jan Marian. There was also a private screening of the documentary film "Abducted Childhood” for diplomats from over 30 countries, representatives of international organizations, and Czech politicians.
