As part of his visit to the Slovak Republic, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Chairman of the National Council of Slovakia Borys Kollár and Slovak parliamentarians.
The Head of State expressed his gratitude to the Chairman and deputies of the National Council for several decisions in support of Ukraine, in particular, regarding the recognition of the Russian regime as terrorist, and Russia as a state that supports terrorism.
Zelenskyy also commended the recent decision of the Parliament of Slovakia to recognize the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as genocide of the Ukrainian people.
The President of Ukraine and the Chairman of the National Council discussed in detail Slovakia's participation in the implementation of the Peace Formula and Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
