President of Ukraine

Speeches

We have to be honest: the alliance is being tested here – in defense against the existing manifestations of Russian terror. And to ensure that Russian missiles are not over Vilnius or Warsaw or Chișinău, they finally should not be over Odesa and Kharkiv.

Ukraine must be strong. We will do anything possible to achieve it. I would like to thank everyone who gives more strength to Ukraine!

I want to thank now everyone who understands that time during this war means life, it is a possibility to save many lives when you do not hesitate with decisions. I am grateful to everyone who really helps.

Life must prevail. I am grateful to everyone in the world who understands this! I thank all our people who give Ukraine strength.

e're maximizing our efforts to thwart Russia's plans against Kharkiv – together with our partners, we're working to bolster air defense. Today, I held a meeting of the Staff, primarily focusing on Kharkiv and the region.

There are air defense systems in the world that can help. The only thing needed is the political will to transfer these systems to Ukraine.

Our state's resilience is made up of the expertise and dedication of people like you throughout the country, many of those who do everything within their power to ensure that life prevails despite all the circumstances of war.

Today – the city of Chernihiv, and Chernihiv region. Our defense is here, our warriors. I'm grateful to everyone involved in the construction of fortifications in the region: Chernihiv region is working according to schedule.

There are only a few political decisions needed – a few air defense systems that could fundamentally change the situation. We will continue appropriate work with our partners.

We, all of us, our partners, must have a strong response to Russian operations – any Russian operations. We must win this war.
