President of Ukraine

Speeches

In June, at the Summit, we will start agreeing on the first foundations of peace and put forward a shared global vision of how peace should work.

I thank everyone who implements new technologies in the Ukrainian army, who makes our strikes more accurate and who fights for Ukraine exactly as one should fight for one's home.

Today was a very long day, and most of it was spent on military issues. Thank you to everyone who helps us in Ukraine defeat the Russian terror! Thank you to everyone who protects lives and fights against the Russian occupier.

Together, using all methods, we must stop Russian terror, limit Russia's war potential, and force Putin to acknowledge the obvious: this war will gain him nothing.

I hope that the package will be considered in the U.S. Senate and submitted to President Biden’s desk quickly enough.

Ukraine needs air defence, and the partners can help with it. We need artillery, and this is something the world has. Only sufficient numbers of air defence systems and fighter jets can drive the Russian aviation away. We need decisions. And decisions are possible.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in a meeting of NATO Ministers of Defense within the framework of the Ukraine – NATO Council convened at the request of Ukraine.

In general, there are positive aspects in arms production. We especially appreciate everything related to the production of drones and shells. I am always grateful to every company and every manufacturer that provides our Defense and Security Forces with everything they need.

Our ability to defend ourselves against Russian terror and the weapons in the hands of our soldiers is something that works not only for Ukraine but for all of you. And I thank each and every one of you who understands this and takes action based on that.

Defending life, it is important to see perspective. Not only how you will hold on tomorrow, but also how you will withstand in the war. For this, we need sufficient financial support.
