Negotiations between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the European Council Charles Michel, who is on a visit to Ukraine, have begun at the Mariyinsky Palace in Kyiv.
Following the talks, a joint meeting with media representatives is planned.
The day before, on March 2, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Charles Michel visited “Shchastya” checkpoint on the delimitation line in the Luhansk region.
