Roman Mashovets informed the Advisor to the President of Slovakia about the security situation in Ukraine

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Roman Mashovets held a meeting with Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of the Slovak Republic Jana Kobzová and discussed security issues and the development of cooperation between the countries.

Jana Kobzová was informed about the situation on the fronts of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the composition and nature of the actions of the occupying forces, the course and plans of the Russian Federation for mobilization.

The parties discussed options for further actions of the occupying forces and new possible threats on the territory of Ukraine after the liberation of the city of Kherson by the Ukrainian defenders.

The interlocutors paid special attention to the issue of Russian missile terror. Roman Mashovets provided the Advisor to the President of the Slovak Republic with information on the nature of Russia's use of cruise and ballistic missiles and Iranian-made kamikaze drones to strike civilian objects of Ukraine's critical energy infrastructure.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of security assistance from partner countries, in particular to strengthen Ukrainian air defense, and international efforts to stop the terrorist country.

Jana Kobzová noted Ukraine's contribution to the defense of Europe.

"You protect your country, but you also protect us," she emphasized.

The Advisor to the President of Slovakia assured of full support for Ukraine until the ultimate restoration of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state, as well as readiness to provide security and other assistance.
