On the Heavenly Hundred Heroes Day, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska honored the memory of activists who died during the Revolution of Dignity in 2014.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Olena Zelenska placed icon lamps near the memorial cross at the site of the activists' deaths on the Heavenly Hundred Heroes Alley in the center of Kyiv.
The cross was erected by the public in March 2014 at the site of the killings of the Revolution of Dignity participants. In the future, it is to become part of the National Memorial Complex of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes – the Museum of the Revolution of Dignity.
The ceremony was also attended by representatives of diplomatic missions.
