During an official visit to the United Kingdom, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his wife Olena took part in the ceremony of laying a wreath at the Innocent Victims' Memorial on the territory of Westminster Abbey, Great Britain’s main cathedral.
The presidential couple honored the memory of the victims around the world who suffered persecution, violence and wars, and, in particular, the victims of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine and the armed conflict in the east of our country.
A memorial service was held in memory of the victims.
The Head of State also watched the exposition of the Churchill War Rooms. The President left a note in the Book of Honorary Guests of the Museum.
