President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with representatives of the Council for Support of Entrepreneurship under Martial Law.
The event was attended by owners and executives of the largest Ukrainian companies operating in the pharmaceutical, logistics, agricultural, energy, telecommunications, service, financial and banking sectors, as well as defense industry enterprises.
The Head of State thanked the audience for preserving their companies and continuing to work in Ukraine.
“Of course, for us, preserving jobs is not just an abstract matter. It provides the opportunity to endure in this war. And once again, this is not for the sake of rhetoric, but because I understand that only motivated people can achieve peace in Ukraine,” the President emphasized.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy particularly noted that the state is doing everything possible to strengthen air defense and achieve a just and lasting peace for Ukraine.
During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of concrete issues in various areas. In particular, they discussed the continued operation of the Made in Ukraine economic platform. The entrepreneurs acknowledged the positive impact of this initiative and suggested expanding it to the security and defense sector.
According to the Head of State, the issues raised and the suggestions voiced will be processed by the relevant state agencies.
