President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with a delegation from the United Kingdom, led by Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, the Chief of the Defence Staff, during their visit to Ukraine.
Also in attendance were Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Anatoliy Barhylevych.
“We are grateful to your people for the long-lasting support from the UK. Our countries maintain good contacts and strong cooperation,” the Head of State noted.
During the meeting, the parties discussed defence cooperation between Ukraine and the United Kingdom, particularly the development and enhancement of the technological capabilities of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Tony Radakin paid special attention to Ukraine's military needs and continued support from its partners.
