President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who left for Canada on July 1, commented on the shelling of a medical vehicle in Vodyane.

"I have just landed for refueling. I have got the sad news from Donbas. Two killed, one wounded. The shelling of a medical vehicle in Vodyane is a violation of international humanitarian law, a shameful and treacherous attempt to disrupt the difficult negotiation process aimed to cease fire in Donbas," the Head of State said on his Facebook page.

According to the President, Ukraine has always acted and acts today in the framework of international agreements and international law.

"I urge our partners in Europe and the United States to respond adequately to the actions that in no way bring peace closer," Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.
