President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented apartment certificates to the Heroes of Ukraine and to the families of the warriors who were posthumously awarded this title.
"We continue the tradition of honoring our bravest people – Ukrainian Heroes who have distinguished themselves in extraordinary ways by defending Ukraine and our people, and who deserve unwavering respect from all of us, from all of Ukraine," said the Head of State.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy handed over 30 housing certificates: 26 to warriors and families of fallen servicemen from the Land Forces, Air Force, Air Assault Forces, Territorial Defense Forces, Special Operations Forces, and Medical Forces, as well as 4 to representatives of the National Guard and the State Border Guard Service.
The President thanked the warriors and their families, emphasizing that Ukraine must always remember its fallen defenders.
"We can be certain that Ukraine will endure thanks to people like these – Heroes who go above and beyond so that Ukraine can live a normal life, like any other nation in the world. A life as an independent, free, and sovereign state," Volodymyr Zelenskyy concluded.
