President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree № 43/2021 "On the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of February 2, 2021 "On the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)", which put into force the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of February 2, 2021 "On the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)".
"Today, a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council was held, where members of the National Security and Defense Council considered the issue of imposing personal sanctions on legal entities and individuals residing in Ukraine by written vote. Of the 19 members of the National Security and Defense Council, 17 voted in favor, one member abstained, and one is on a business trip," Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov said.
Personal special economic and other restrictive measures will be applied, in particular, to citizen of Ukraine Taras Kozak, legal entities ARIADNA TV Limited Liability Company, NOVYI FORMAT TV Limited Liability Company, TV VYBIR Limited Liability Company, TV-RADIO COMPANY "112-TV" Limited Liability Company, LEADER TV Limited Liability Company, PARTNER TV Limited Liability Company, NOVYNY 24 HODYNY Limited Liability Company, Novi Komunikatsii Limited Liability Company.
