As part of the third Crimea Platform Summit, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of Hungary Katalin Novák.
The Head of State noted personal participation of the President of Hungary in the Summit.
"Thank you for your visit to Ukraine, for participating in the Summit of the International Crimea Platform. Your support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine is very important to us," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
The two presidents discussed issues of cross-border cooperation and joint initiatives in Zakarpattia region.
The importance of the recent regional visit of the President of Ukraine to Zakarpattia and his meeting with representatives of the Hungarian community was emphasized.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed the importance of Hungary's support for Ukraine, in particular, in the fight against the Russian aggressor, as well as on the path of our country's integration into the European Union and NATO.
The Head of State particularly noted Hungary's assistance in the treatment of wounded Ukrainian servicemen and training of military medics.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Katalin Novák also substantively discussed the development of bilateral relations.
