President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy together with President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu, President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda and President of Romania Klaus Iohannis took part in the festivities on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Moldova's independence in Chișinău.
The heads of state watched the military parade held in the Great National Assembly Square. After that, the presidents walked through the central street of Chișinău.
In his greeting addressed to Maia Sandu on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Moldova, Volodymyr Zelenskyy wished the Moldovan people peace, harmony and prosperity.
"The independence of both our countries is the result of efforts of many generations, a hard won value that Ukraine and Moldova defend today. I am grateful to Moldova for its constant support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and I want to assure you that Ukraine will always support the territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova within internationally recognized borders," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his greetings.
