Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented shoulder boards to Ukrainian military and law enforcement officers

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy conferred the highest military and special ranks and presented shoulder boards to servicemen of the defense forces and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.

The Head of State thanked the officers for their service and once again congratulated them on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, which the whole country marked on October 1. The President wished the servicemen and their families good health.

"I wish all of us, if not the soonest, then certainly a powerful victory. Victory is most important. A lot of things have happened, a lot of time has passed, many families have lost loved ones, warriors have lost their brothers-in-arms. You know who stood by your side throughout this war, shoulder to shoulder. I wish you victory so that you do not forget all those who gave their lives," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

The President presented shoulder boards of Major General to Commander of the Combat Support Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmytro Hereha and others.

The Brigadier General's shoulder boards were presented to: Head of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and Kyiv region Artem Bondarenko, Chief of Staff - Deputy Commander of the Air Command "West" of the Air Force of Ukraine Oleh Zakharchuk, Head of the Center for Military and Strategic Studies of the National Defense University of Ukraine Anatolii Pavlikovskyi, Head of the Security Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region Oleksandr Pelin, Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine Oleksandr Pivnenko, Head of the 169th Training Center of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Sydorenko, Head of the Center for Special Operations to Combat Terrorism, Protection of Criminal Proceedings Participants and Law Enforcement Officers of the Security Service of Ukraine Yevhen Khmara, First Deputy Head of the Center for Special Operations to Combat Terrorism, Protection of Criminal Proceedings Participants and Law Enforcement Officers of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleh Fedoriv and others.

In addition, the Head of State presented the shoulder boards of the Police General of the 3rd rank to Head of the Operational Service Department of the National Police of Ukraine Yurii Pobidash and Head of the Main Department of the National Police in Mykolaiv region Serhii Shaykhet.
