President of Ukraine visited the Cadet Corps named after the heroes of the Young Guard in the Luhansk region

As part of a working trip to the Luhansk region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the Luhansk regional lyceum-boarding school with enhanced military and physical training "Cadet Corps named after the heroes of the Young Guard" in Kreminna.

The President inspected the conditions of study and living of lyceum students, in particular, visited the canteen, barracks and classrooms.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy also watched a sports complex for lyceum students, which includes, in particular, a stadium, exercise machines, a gymnastics unit and an obstacle course. In 2020, the stadium was reconstructed in the framework of the National Program "Large Construction". In particular, a football field with artificial turf and an athletic track were equipped. The cost of the project amounted to UAH 4.3 million.

"I hope the new stadium with high-quality turf will inspire our patriotic young people to engage in physical activity and gain new victories," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

Separately, the President got acquainted with the implementation of other projects within the program "Large Construction". These include stadiums, four kindergartens and seven schools. Volodymyr Zelenskyy was assured that all objects would be commissioned in time.
