During a working trip to the Volyn region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskнy visited the Verbka educational complex and inspected the renovated dining, assembly and sports halls. The complex was renovated in the framework of the National Program "Large Construction".
“You’ve got a wonderful school. Thank you for teaching children, preparing them for the future," Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the staff of the educational institution.
Teachers asked the President to help allocate the necessary funds for the second phase of repairs: major repairs, winterization of walls, roofing, as well as reconstruction of educational facilities for preschool and primary education. This requires more than UAH 30 million.
"Give us proposals - we will include them in the program for 2021. I really want there to be no unfinished projects. I want to help all children. That is why we will definitely help,” the Head of State stressed.
