President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy urges international partners to submit all available data concerning the crash of the Ukrainian plane in Tehran to the commission investigating the causes of the tragedy.
“Today, the commission for investigation of the causes of the crash of the Ukraine International Airlines plane continues its work. Ukrainian experts are involved in this process. We expect them to be provided with all the information and access necessary for an objective investigation. We are in constant touch with our representatives,” the Head of State said.
He noted that the version of missile hitting the plane was not ruled out, but had not been confirmed yet.
"Given the recent statements by the heads of state in the media, we call on all international partners, especially the governments of the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, to provide data and evidence relating to the disaster to the commission investigating the causes," the President stressed.
The Head of State also announced his intentions to discuss the ongoing investigation into the air crash with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
"Our goal is to establish the undeniable truth. We consider it the responsibility of the entire international community to the families of the deceased and the memory of the victims of the disaster. The value of human life is higher than any political motive,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
