President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his wife Olena took part in the election of the Kyiv Mayor and deputies of the Kyiv City Council.
The presidential couple voted for the candidates at one of the polling stations in the capital, observing the quarantine norms.
"For me, as for any Ukrainian, it is important that we choose the people we trust. These are local elections. It is important what these people can do at local level," the President said during a conversation with the media after voting.
On the way out from the polling station, Volodymyr and Olena Zelenskyy also took part in a nationwide survey, answering five questions.
Regarding the sources of funding of the poll initiated by the President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy assured that the public will soon see all the information in the relevant reports.
