On Monday, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.
The participants heard information about the operational situation at the front. The commanders of the Khortytsia, Tavria, Odesa, and Pivnich task forces reported on the course of hostilities in the areas of the front within the limits of their responsibility.
Intelligence briefed on probable actions of the enemy in the near future.
Members of the Staff considered the issue of providing the defense forces of Ukraine with weapons and ammunition, in particular of own production. The participants of the meeting analyzed the state of implementation of contracts with Ukrainian manufacturers and the prospects of increasing the own production of all types of missiles and ammunition.
In addition, the discussion of the issue of staffing and equipping the newly created brigades was continued.
Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, Defense Intelligence Chief Kyrylo Budanov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, and commanders of the task forces attended the meeting. The meeting of the Staff was also attended by members of the government, heads of security and law enforcement agencies.
