President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke by phone with Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez.
The President expressed gratitude for supporting Ukraine and its people.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy briefed Pedro Sánchez on his recent conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump, describing it as a substantial discussion that provided clarity on many key issues.
The Head of State emphasized that Ukraine will engage more with American partners. At the same time, he stressed the need to enhance collaboration among all European allies, as security remains a shared objective.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Spain for the fact that Ukraine can count on it in political and diplomatic efforts towards strengthening security in Europe.
Additionally, the two leaders discussed Spain’s cooperation with Ukraine’s Ministry of National Unity to support Ukrainians and strengthen ties between the two nations.
