President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy granted national status to Lviv State Academic Men's Choir "Dudaryk".
The relevant decree was signed by the Head of State during a meeting with the rectors of higher education institutions of the Lviv region as part of a working trip to the region.
"My congratulations to you! I am pleased to sign this decree," he said, addressing the choir leader.
The President called the choir a real Ukrainian brand.
"There are many choirs that have given thousands of concerts. But the main thing is that these choirs bring memory, history, they are the heart of Ukraine. And they give pleasure to hundreds of thousands of spectators," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"There are choirs that inspire culturally not only in Ukraine, but also around the world," he added.
