On Constitution Day of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy paid tribute to founder of the first Ukrainian Constitution Pylyp Orlyk.
The Head of State laid flowers to the monument to the Hetman in Kyiv.
The ceremony was also attended by Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak.
