In Kyiv, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Prime Minister of Latvia Evika Siliņa.
The Head of State thanked Evika Siliņa for her personal participation in the Fourth Summit of the International Crimea Platform, and for Latvia's continued support for Ukraine.
“We are grateful for all your help since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. We are happy to have such good friends, not only in the military sphere. We feel your strong advocacy for Ukraine within the EU and NATO,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the strengthening of military and technical cooperation and the implementation of the bilateral security agreement.
The President described the preparations for the second Peace Summit and stressed the need to involve as many countries of the Global South as possible in this process.
